The good:

Making real progress in bringing the life I live into tighter synch with what I value. (Yes! Second interview went well!)

Having the local iteration of a national drugstore chain have to move into a trailer while it's building is levelled and rebuilt and taking advantage of the fabulous clearance prices. The result? Yummy salt rub for $2.50 and a smooth and pepperminty me.
