So, I found out that it's possible for bands filled with Iopamiron to gain fluid volume through osmosis unless you use the iso-osmolar version. I'm fairly certain that's not what I have. It could, however, serve to explain why I feel tighter than I did when I had my last adjustment. I'm not complaining!
In a perverse way, if it's true, it is a bit of a money saver! That said, I'll probably try to track down some of the iso-osmolar solution in the not-too-distant future.
I was aware that bands filled with saline could lose volume but I'm a bit surprised to find out that Iopamiron can increase volume. Heh. Live and learn.
